Anyone come across this company and has any views?
I received a call and meet a new Melbourne rep for them (company is NSW based), their proposition is only selling positively geared properties but their website seems a little light on in terms of legalities, who the principals are etc.
They approached me as a broker who may have clients interested in their service/product. They claim they sell properties Australia wide, new H&L predominantly.
I would be interested in any feedback before I take it further. I need to be as sure as I can be of companies before I refer clients to them.
