Not sure if this explains this right, am building and the blue circle is the laundry room door.
The step down to the outside is quite high and need suggestions.
Site super says I need to deal with the landscaper after handover to build steps/ deck.
Any other suggestions? i.e. before the driveway gets poured, engage that person to build a couple steps?
