Apologies in advance if this is not the correct forum for this, but I was wondering if any of the members here could tell me what are some of the affordable suburbs near/around the Gold Coast area. I will be relocating from VIC to QLD for work and need to find a good suburb to raise a family, close to good public schools, close to public transport (because I have to commute to Brisbane CDB for work).
I am hoping to buy a house up to $500,000 mark with 3 bedrooms.
