Looking for some advice from brokers on SS for the below scenario.
Looking at a large portion of land worth around the 18mil mark, wanting to apply to put a DA on it to build around 300 units then resell it for 20mil + to a developer wanting to build those units.
Don't want to put any cash down and borrow around 105%, land is in a growth area and would be valued for around that price. Security will be the land being purchased.
How would you go about a deal like this and which lenders are developer friendly?
