I was looking for recommendations for a Builder/Project Manager to oversee a cosmetic renovation of an IP located in South West Brisbane? I am looking to do the following:
- Paint Internally
- New Carpet
- New shower screen
- New Toilet
- Various other small jobs
Also I wanted to seek advice on whether this is the best way to go about it? I understand getting quotes myself may save me some money, however I am keen just to have someone oversee it and get the job done quick.
