Am looking at an apartment it's got the layout I quite like, love the master bedroom with private balcony and large ensuite.
But the only thing is... The other two bedrooms don't have external window. They only have an internal window facing the lounge with a blind. Do you think it would be a pull off for buyers? The lounge does have a north west facing balcony...
