I'm not from Tassie and was wondering if anyone could give me a quick rundown of Durack in Brisbane. Any information about demographics, housing, infrastructure, investment property possibilities, basic feel of the suburb, would be appreciated.
I've noticed there is some affordability there but not sure if it is really low socioeconomic area.
