thought id start a thread on some of the recent high sales

in Newcastle atm.



Tried doing a search but couldn't find anything, I vaguely remember reading

awhile ago that once the top end starts moving the middle and bottom

end won't be to far behind?



Hopefully someone who has experienced this in the past has some insight?



Big write up in the local paper today about 5 houses that have achieved 1.8m to mid 2s, also have seen that their are 3 other places with hopes of around 5m.



I know this isn't that impressive for sydney folk but for Newcastle

its pretty good, obviously there is some confidence in the market.
