I have been managing my own properties for 10+years but its getting to be a pain to do the PCR every 3 months but im not ready to pay these 9.9%+GST (or 16.5% inclusive) fees just yet. I know theres a few companies that just do property condition reports if the owner finds a tenant.
Does anyone know any good companies that just do adhoc property condition reports for a set fee (High wycombe area).
note: I know how to self manage and i have a Dip of Agency Management so i am fully aware of all policies and procedures with managing property.
