Need some strategy advice
Currently own two properties, a unit and a house both rented out.
I don't earn much money yearly as I'm only on about $20 an hour ( still in uni)
My question is should I save money to build another dwelling on the rear of the property in which I currently own, or continue to save and wait until I'm out of uni to purchase another development site to build on and also build on the existing property when I have more cash flow?
