Putting a regional town property on Airbnb

Has anyone had any experience in renting out their regional property on Airbnb?

We are looking to purchase an IP in Ballarat and after much success with our Airbnb listing in Sydney (almost 97% booked out, cash flow positive) we are wondering how this would go in Ballarat! Obviously logistically it would be a lot more difficult (need to find someone to manage it).
