Has any one done this?
Lets say there is a large single story house in brisbane on 800 sqm block with the right amount for frontage. All that needs to be done is build a kitchen, double garage, living room, bathroom and another bedroom on the new side and comply with with all counsel requirements.
Would this be possible and cost effective?
