Contracts have been changed again in QLD, primarily to allow for PEXA.
The 11th version for House, Land and 7th version for Community Titles also makes some other changes.
1. Land tax is the seller's responsibility, no adjustment on sale
2. Special Levy is also seller's responsibility if issued on or before contract date.
