We bought a USA property in Atlanta Georgia a few years ago, and while it is getting a great return, we are sick of having to do USA tax returns etc.
We are wanting to see it, but should we try to advertise in Australia to investors - or do we appoint a local agent in the USA and pay agents fees?
FYI we are looking at getting around $80,000 and it returns $800 per month consistently.
Any advice gratefully received.
