I have a renovated unrentable Terrace in inner Sydney, due to a roof leak.
I would really like a roofer to replace a gutter, a polycarbonate awning, and some flashing?
I have had a quote from someone, but at the moment they all seem to want to replace the whole roof...
feels like 1999
