I thought I would share some photos of my first reno in Boondall QLD. Nowhere near as drastic as some I have seen on the forum, but something that I am quite proud of as a complete newbie.
It was a relatively cheap reno ($9,100 approx) - figures below for those interested.
Tiles (65sqm)............. $5,160
Carpet (3 bedrooms)... $1,500
Venetians.................. $1,250
Paint......................... $1,200
The tiler was amazing and pulled miracles with a tight deadline after the recent Brisbane floods. So if anyone needs a great tiler in Brisbane PM me and I can share his details.
