this questions for experienced developer in sydney....
For a R3 zoned medium density property land. How would one know whether a block will fit 3 to 4 townhouses?
there are many R3 zoned properties for sale but the size or the frontage may not meet council requirements. so where should i sought professional advice?
i called council and they say just refer to the DCP and they dont bother to help and say is ok or not.
