Tree roots external to one of our townhouses are causing blockages in our drains, this seems to be ongoing (though slower in winter).
PM has advised we consider repairing the drain pipe, or a repair and rebuild the drain at around $1,500
Is this Body Corporate issue or ours?
I'd thought as it's external to the unit then isn't the complex responsible for this sort of thing
