How much to fix these issues?

Hi all,



I did building and pest on a property in Brisbane... A few areas of concerns are listed below



- Reverse side wall of the main shower has High moisture levels

- Decay to skirtings in bathrooms

- Rusted gutters and downpipes

- Missing ant caps and rust on some



My main concern is the bathroom... with the high moisture behind the shower and the decay in the skirting boards... There is also a bit of mould in the ceiling... The bathroom is dated... What's the best way to address the moisture issue? Will I need to get a plumper to remove the walls and fix the leak if in fact the leak is behind the shower walls... And what about the skirting board..





I don't know how much it would cost to fix this... Do I need to strip the entire bathroom and redo it or can I fix this on a budget?
