My NRMA insurance is about to lapse and i am on the lookout for a new insurance provider. I had to make a loss of rent claim under NRMA and it was a nightmare and yeilds very little benefit after excess and so on.
How does everyone else insure themselves, and who with?
Do i have 2 separate Landlords policies and 1 to ocver the building s on the block?
Any advice would be much appreciated
