Have come across something - apartment development with a parking arrangement not as per AS2890.
Now - it meets the R Codes - but has been approved at both planning and building AND certified compliant.
Do I raise the issue or STFU?
What are the ramifications for this person, in Perth, to construct as-is? I know checks are made for Cert Occ but that's against approved plans.
