I was speaking to someone the other day about getting the best rental prices for a property and he mentioned that if you have a house close to a hospital, I should look to rent to NSW Health, and rent to nurses and doctors.
Apparently they will take a lease for 2-5 years and at a higher rate.
Does anyone know anything about this?
I'm looking in and around Taree area.
