Final auctioned price was $565k. I think it's cheap.... Should be 590k plus. It seems as if currently only the high end and low end properties are doing well in Adelaide. Those at the mid high range are so difficult to move up.
Only two asian ladies bid. The others were all neighbors. I think without without migrants, Adl house price will be so depressing.
